FAQ

Honest answers to the questions worth asking before we work together.

I'm not very technical. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely. Speaking plainly is part of the job. You'll never be buried in jargon or made to feel small for asking, and you'll always understand what's happening and why. The technical part is mine to carry. Your part is knowing your business, which no one does better than you.

How do I know you'll still be around if something needs attention later?

Because you'll have a direct line to the same person who built it, not a ticket queue. Creative Logic is built on long relationships, not one-off jobs. When something needs a look, you talk to me, and I already know your setup.

Isn't a one-person operation riskier than a big agency?

It's usually the opposite. With an agency, your project can become a junior's training ground while you pay senior rates, and you're passed between people who've never met you. Here, the person you speak to is the person doing the work: fully accountable, with nothing lost in handoffs.

What will it cost?

Every project is different, so an honest answer needs a short conversation first. What I can promise is no surprises: you'll have a clear picture of the cost before you commit to anything, and no unexpected invoices later. The aim is value you can feel, not the lowest possible number.

What if I don't even know exactly what I need yet?

That's completely normal, and a good place to start. Bring the problem, the goal, or just the vague sense that something could be better, and we'll figure out the shape of it together. There's no pressure and no obligation in a first conversation.
